CURRENT Election Results & Upcoming Reporting Schedule

This morning at 9:20am, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder posted updated election results. These results are NOT final, as ballots will continue to be received and counted over the next several days.
Here are the current results on local races of interest:
Measure FD
YES: 430,576 (53.68%)
NO: 371,505 (46.32%)
Note: This is now a 59,071 vote gap and the trend continues to go in the right direction. We ARE going to win Measure FD.
Mayor of Los Angeles
Nithya Raman: 429,450 (52.10%)
Karen Bass: 394,796 (47.90%)
Note: UFLAC did NOT make an endorsement in this race. Nithya Raman will be the next Mayor of Los Angeles.
Los Angeles City Attorney
Marissa Roy: 514,447 (66.82%)
John McKinney: 255,473 (33.18%)
Note: UFLAC did NOT make an endorsement in this race. Marissa Roy will be the next LA City Attorney.
LA City Council District 3 (West San Fernando Valley)
Barri Worth Girvan: 27,779 (50.21%)
Tim Gaspar: 27,549 (49.79%)
Note: UFLAC did not make an endorsement in this race. Both candidates are highly qualified and each strongly supported Measure FD.
LA City Council District 9 (South Los Angeles)
Jose Ugarte: 14,610 (53.03%)
Estuardo Mazariegos: 12,938 (46.97%)
Note: UFLAC endorsed Jose Ugarte in this race.
Over the next several days the Registrar-Recorder will continue to release updated results on all of these races, with the next one coming later today (Thursday, November 5th) between 4:00pm – 5:00pm.
